I have now spent half day without my iPhone and using only Nokia N97. First I have to say that the Nokia N97 has seen its share of hard-life and is not functioning as the people in Espoo meant, but it works well enough..
Still, it has been hard. I am without all the apps I need. I could not post new update to company blog while sitting in the train. I could’ve done it with my laptop, but I don’t like using laptop in commuter trains.. It is way easier to type with my phone. I could not find any kind of WordPress app for the Nokia handset. Also I am out of the Foursquare for the day.. It is even more annoying! I don’t know where people are and I am missing many relevant check-ins!
I also have only one email account set on the Nokia, mainly because it is really painful to set them up and manage.. Funny how the usability issues really come biting when the “nice to use” gadget is out of the game..
